Order Process

All protective cases are ordered-made to maintain and inspect the quality and reduce unnecessary waste.   

The order process will take 2-3 business days before dispatching from our workshop in Hong Kong. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is dispatched. 

International Shipping

Our standard global shipping is international air mail (no signed) with essential online tracking data provided by Hong Kong Post’s e-Express service. There are four tracking points:

1. 1. Acceptance at the counter
   2. Handed over to the carrier / Left for the destination
   3. Arrival at the overseas mail processing centre; and
   4. Delivered.

Please ensure to fill in the correct shipping address on the checkout page. We are not liable for lost packages if customers provide incomplete or inaccurate addresses.

Local Shipping

Hong Kong - HK POST EC-GET (Self-collection Service)

If you prefer a self-collection method, we recommend selecting the cost-effective Hong Kong Post Office EC-GET service for local delivery. The steps below show how to find the Collection Point. *Please ensure your mobile phone number can receive SMS.

1. 1. 1. Find the Collection Point on the EC-GET website
      2. Select the designated Collection Point and click "Search"
      3. Copy the [Post Office Code / iPostal Station Code / Convenience Store Code] and [address] in the search result (code depends on the collection method)
      4. Paste [the code] and [collection point address] onto the delivery form in the POLAR POLAR checkout page, then proceed to checkout
      5. The recipient will receive * SMS notification for the collection arrangements once the parcel is posted.
      6. When the item arrives at the collection point,  the system will send an SMS notification to the recipient for mail collection accordingly.

• • • Counter collection item retention period: Collect the item within three working days upon receipt of the collection SMS (excluding the day of receiving the SMS).
    • iPostal Station and 7-Eleven item retention period: Collect the item within 48 hours upon receipt of the collection SMS.

Customs Charges
