EU Shipping Temporarily Paused

We’re taking a short break from shipping to EU countries while we work through the new Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR). As a small business, registering and paying PPWR fees in all 27 EU member states isn’t feasible for us just yet—but we’re actively exploring solutions so we can welcome EU orders again soon.

Sustainability has been part of our story from day one: every phone case ships in a reusable fabric pouch, never in plastic packaging. We truly value our EU community and can’t wait to get back to sending your orders your way. Thank you so much for your patience and support.

Order Process

All protective cases are ordered-made to maintain and inspect the quality and reduce unnecessary waste.   

The order process will take 2-3 business days before dispatch from our workshop in Hong Kong. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is dispatched. 

International Shipping

Our standard global shipping is international airmail (no signed) with essential online tracking data provided by Hong Kong Post’s e-Express service. There are four tracking points:

1. 1. Acceptance at the counter
   2. Handed over to the carrier / Left for the destination
   3. Arrival at the overseas mail processing centre; and
   4. Delivered.

Please ensure to fill in the correct shipping address on the checkout page. We are not liable for lost packages if customers provide incomplete or inaccurate addresses.

Customs Charges

Some countries may require import taxes, duties and customs fees for imports. These charges, if applicable, are determined and charged by the Customs office of your country, and must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. There might also be delays in delivery times due to customs checks, which are out of our control. For more information, please get in touch with your local Customs office.
